Recruitment Co-ordinator - Prudential, Craigforth, Stirling, 6 months initially - £10- £15 per hour

Essential Experience:
*Experience in an HR or Recruitment or Screening and Vetting related environment
*Strong administration background - ability to follow process in an environment where process compliance is key
*Demonstrable attention to detail, producing high accuracy work
*Very Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise and multitask
*Stakeholder management - managing expectations
*Customer service skills - candidates and external stakeholders
*Atriculate communicator

Desirable Experience:
Experience of Offer/contract generation and management
Demonstrable experience of Back Office onboarding process
Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems

Primary Skill - Demonstrable admin experience within an HR/Recruitment environment with ability to demonstrate compliance to stringent process in a regulated environment - not necessarily financial services. Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise and multi-task to deadlines.

Secondary Skill -strong customer service ethic with experience of managing stakeholder (external candidates/internal managers) expectations
