Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support for COMOS and all applications in conjunction like AutoCad, Microstation, SAP, eCal, etc.
  • Create and maintain reports and queries according customer needs, document and qualify according to COMOS Change SOP.
  • Create intelligent base objects (master data, device catalogue) according customer input and guidelines (DIN, ISO) - Change and implement base objects (master data) according to COMOS Change SOP
  • Manage and maintain the appropriate quality documentation in DMS
  • Manage and maintain the Windows Server and Windows Print Environment
  • Preparation of Test scripts according to NOVARTIS quality guidelines, support of the customer during test execution
  • Recognize, design and improve operational processes, develop and apply new tools and concepts to strengthen the operational integrity

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Advanced education in IT or comparable education/experience
  • >= 2 years of experience in application support organization
  • Profound COMOS knowledge (Basic E&I, P&ID, PQM, Queries modules)
  • Profound knowledge of business process (Engineering process)
  • Profound knowledge in Microsoft workflow foundation engine
  • Basic understanding of the SAP PM/MM (Interface to COMOS)
  • Programming (Visual Studio V2010, .Net- and ActiveX-components, C#, VB-Scripting)
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications (VBA nth.), PDF and XML.
  • Sound knowledge of Quality/GxP/Change Management processes and tools
  • Basic understanding of Pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
  • Good communication skills
  • English fluent (spoken and written), German a plus
