Service Designer - Telecom background - 3 months rolling contract (project's duration approximately 1 year) - Location: Mumbai (India)
Service Designer, Mobile Telecommunications, Product Development, Costumer deployments. An experience Service Designer is required by an IT Managed Services business for a project within Mobile Telecommunications.
Main skills required:

Unified Comms: Someone who has worked on Unified Comms related products

Industry: Someone who has worked either with a system integrator or another telecom company

Development: product development or customer deployments experience

Process: experience in process design and implementation

Expertise: good background in fulfilment, assure and billing processes

Communication: strong communication skills, good negotiation skills

Travel: Several key sites in India (Chennai, Bangalore, Pune), in addition occasional travel to the UK would be required.
