This is an ideal opportunity to work for a prominent South London Local Authority. This crucial appointment is for a Payroll Transition Manager joining their team on a 3 month contract.

As the Payroll Transition Manager you will play a key role in a project which is specifically focusing on transitioning of an outsourced Payroll management Services contract from the incumbent provider to a different, newly appointed Provider.

You will have experience in:
- managing the transition of a payroll programme to an outsourced provider
- managing a reasonably sized outsourced payroll project
- managing a change management programme

The successful candidate will:
- be able to demonstrate expert, professional and practitioner knowledge of project managing an outsourcing opportunity
- have substantial knowledge of business planning including knowledge of formally recognised project management, their application and potential impact
- have expert knowledge of payroll/HR systems including report generators and system interfaces
