Overview:

  • Define clear and consistent model and standards of performance for Business Indirect channels. This should provide the company with clear guidance on channel structure, accreditation, compensation and performance management. This is the Design phase.
  • Equipping the sales channels with a consistent sales process of engaging with our customers is critical. This role will support the selection of a common sales methodology and use this as a standard training methodology.
  • Successful design a B2B distribution strategy, operating model and execution with clear financial
  • impact and action plans.
  • Minimum 10years experience required
  • Direct operational experience in P&L management of Enterprise Sales channels and Design and setup of the same.
  • A track record of developing Indirect Sales strategies for the SME and Soho market segments which are strongly represented in our markets. Direct Corporate Account leadership experience is very helpful.
  • Experience in training a channel to a standard sales process and methodology.
  • Transformed the skill set of B2B sales channels
  • Demonstrate strong technology literacy in all elements of mobile voice and data, fixed voice and data, Hosting/Cloud Services and Unified Communications.
  • Ability to mobilize an organization ideally in an emerging markets scenario.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and deliver in complex environments.
  • Strong track record of people leadership and working in a Group/Operating Company Matrix.
  • Strong consultative and influencing skills are essential for success in the role.
