We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for a OSS SME & Solution Architecture to join their business in Bahrain.Position Title: OSS SME & Solution Architecture

Responsibilities
- Own the OSS solution transition from sales to solution delivery (end-to-end_
- Drive the OSS design and system, including the functional architecture development process
- Support OSS pres-sales activities at the RFP and RFQ stage
- Interface directly at the customer level across the ME region
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, to influence and define OSS solutions
- Define the integration and solution offerings inline with the strategic program delivery plans
- Understand and anticipate customer needs, to then help advise on future strategy’s
- Define and agree system architecture, as per customer needs
Qualifications
- 12+ years of telecom experience in IT systems and solutions within the telecommunications and IT industry, including IT architecture, design development, and implementation
- 8+ years of OSS experience, specifically in fault, performance, services, and inventory
- Hands-on experience with BoB applications
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Expert technical knowledge on OSS and network technologies (i.e. Wireless, IP/MPLS, ADSL)
- Strong system integration and software development
- Previous experience in IBM, HP, Ericsson, Oracle, Amdocs, or Netcracker OSS solutions
