You must be an experienced self-motivated person with management experience. You will be responsible for the completion: monitoring and reporting on service activity, monitoring of regular data cleansing, monitoring of client reviews, monitoring of invoicing, monitoring of financial data, monitoring the recording of data received from other services and contractors, providing reports and data on the services as requested by management.
It is important that you have extensive knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and client information systems in order to undertake this position.
Essential skills and Experience;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office based software and any client management system such as Framework-I, including knowledge of Community Alarm Systems, plus a working knowledge Oracle, or similar finance system
Up to date professional and technical expertise in relation to the collation and analysis of performance information
Experience of working within a local authority or social care environment or similar context
Significant experience of utilising IT Systems, and the collation, dissemination, analysis and verification of data and intelligence. Able to highlight common themes or unusual events
Desirable experience in Assistive Technology and associated monitoring and response service
