For a six month project with continuation option at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedGerman speaking Infrastructure Service & Delivery Manager (2455)
Task:
> Lead and manage on behalf of the customer all aspects of the IT Infrastructure delivery for strategic Application Development and Technology Projects
> To act as the trusted advisor ensuring that where possible all of our clients IT Standards are met
> To guide the customer through all process's revolving around the delivery
> To ensure that all legal and regulatory steps are covered
Scope of work:
> Support Account Managers with estimates on infrastructure CapEX requirements for each initiative within the Book of Work
> Keep up to date with our clients IT Standards in order to support the strategies in place
> Act as "Trusted Advisor" to the Application Development and Technology departments providing guidance on our clients IT Standards
> Assist the customer with IT Infrastructure design that meets their requirements while at the same time following company internal standards
> Guide the customer through the TIS procedures and process's
> Ensure delivery of the IT Infrastructure on time and within budget
> Provide up to date reporting to TBP PACT management of activities
Your qualifications:
> Solid knowledge of UNIX and Windows infrastructure including virtual environments
> IT Project management experience - at least 3 years
> Excellent interpersonal skills
> Self-motivated with proven ability of working in team environments
> Very good German and English skills
