Our Client based in Dundee is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join their small HR team. This is initially a 3 month contract with room to extend, start date ASAP.

General Responsibilities:
* Working from job requisitions and direction from the Manager of Talent Acquisition.
* Tracks and maintains active pipeline of candidates.
* Completes focused searches through a variety of channels, including internal Applicant Tracking System, external job boards, user groups, niche sites, networking sites, etc.
* The target audience/client for this role would be Hiring Managers

The applicant requires the following experience/competencies:

Focus on execution- Proven ability to develop and document a candidate search strategy, and follow that strategy through to results.
Strong communication skills - Clearly conveys information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups.
Decision making ability - Identifies and understands issues, problems, and opportunities; compares data from different sources to draw conclusions; uses effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions
Adaptability/Flexibility - Demonstrates the ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude when encountering changes in the workplace.
Applied Learning - Assimilates and applies new job related information in a timely manner
Initiates Action - Takes prompt action to accomplish objectives; takes action to achieve goals beyond what is required; is proactive
Building Working Relationships - Develops and uses collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.
Manages client expectations with savvy and confidence. Keeps clear line of communication open between role and Hiring Manager. Keeps up to date status on all candidate and is available to convey that status as needed. Tracks and maintains metrics as needed, to include candidate status, cycle time and production ratios.

Basic Qualifications:
* Recruiting or candidate research/sourcing experience.
* Advanced understanding of and experience with Internet Research techniques.
* Experienced in sourcing and recruiting talent as indicated by NCR's grade level designation.
