Client Relationship Director
Managed Service/Banking/Payments
Minimum 12 month contract
Edinburgh
£900 - £1200 p/day (Partly based on sales target and customer satisfaction)
My client is a global provider of technology and services to the financial services industry and due to continued growth is currently looking to hire an interim Client Relationship Director.
The Client Relationship Director will have full P&L responsibility for one of their most high profile retail banking clients, at a time of transformational change and high growth in the EMEA.
This is a superb opportunity to work in a highly influential Director level role, reporting into the MD, EMEA. The ideal candidate will have excellent commercial acumen and will have worked vendor side delivering into the banking arena. This person will be accountable for finances, commercial, legal aspects and growth of the account.
Experience required:
*Vendor side experience
*Strong retail banking background
*P&L responsibility and evidence of growing account revenues
*Evidence of delivery of change
*Ability to commercially negotiate
*Excellent leadership and stake holder management skills
*Excellent decision making/problem solving skills
*Strong understanding of an outsourced environment
