A leading Irish pharmaceutical organisation is looking for an experienced Validation Lead to manage a validation team on new & existing secondary packaging lines.Our client has been undergoing a major investment in new equipment, technology e.g. serialisation and the addition of a new state of the art filling line. They now require an established Validation Lead to support their growing team.
Skills/Experience Required
• Strong background of leading a validation team
• Successful experience of ensuring validation strategy is delivered
• Working knowledge of serialisation projects a distinct advantage
• Extensive experience validating new and existing packaging line equipment - such as tablet presses, counters through to cartoners
• Generation and execution of IQ/OQ/PQ protocols.
• Liaising with Equipment Vendors and visiting suppliers for FAT testing etc.
• A strong understanding of risk based approach
