Description
We have an excellent opportunity for an EL1 HR Services Manager to lead and train a small team of case managers to oversee the implementation of a Rehabilitation Management System (RMS).
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience managing the application of a best practice Rehabilitation Management System (RMS) and ensure ongoing compliance with relevant legislation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience providing advice to staff and senior managers
- Experience managing a small team
- Qualifications and experience in the provision of Occupational Health and Safety and Rehabilitation Management
- Negative Vetting Level 2 (NV2) (Top Secret) security clearance is highly desirable however Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) will be considered on a case by case basis.
