Description
System Dynamics require two billing operations/Oracle CC&B resources for an immediate start.
Details
- Duration is 4-6 months
- Based in Dublin but will have a requirement to work in Cork for some of that time
Requirements
- (2-3 years experience/5plus year experience)
- Ideally with utilities background or telecoms
- Exposure/understanding of CC&B application
Responsibilities
- Engagement with third parties to deliver the solutions/fixes for open issues
- Report on all areas of domestic billing as required
- Someone with a good understanding of the current billing processes, bill production schedules and bill cycles
- Manage any escalations and exception handling, follow up on open TO-Dos
- Supporting implementation activities for tariff and pricing changes eg user acceptance testing
- Identify process improvement initiatives to improve billing
