Job Description:

  • Undertake detailed functional analysis of high level business requirements (provided by the Business Partner organization).
  • Produce details business & system requirements (both functional and non-functional) document to be used by in the design process.
  • Owns a deep functional knowledge of a system and understands the technical implications for modification of a specific function of a system.
  • Provides consultation and recommendation for improvements, new solutions and modifications.
  • Work with Solution Specialist from workstreams/SDM Project area to validate and complete detailed functional design document for IF requirements.
  • If required, Design Integration Architecture Diagram and review with Architecture team.
  • Create Interface Specifications.
  • Write & maintain the solution High Level Technical Design for IF requirements.
  • Write & maintain the solution Detailed Technical Design (Logical & Physical Design) for IF requirements (Including Solution monitoring and Detailed SLA for Interfaces, capacity planning, Impact analysis).
  • Design Development Environment (in case of non-existence).
  • Participate in updating Regulatory (Data) & Security Checklist (if Applicable).
  • Obtain Sign Off on IF Technical Design.
  • Update Application map/interface/cartography.
  • Create/Update Technical Interface Inventory Documentation.
  • Define Interfaces Test Strategy for project, aligning with SDM Test Team.
  • Define Interfaces Deployment Strategy for project.
  • Create/Review Deployment/Cutover Checklist.
  • Participate in Service Transition activities (change management tickets, go-live acceptance, etc.).
