RBS Site Engineer
Flint Consulting require an experienced RBS Site Engineer to provide Site Engineering Services for our end Client, which is to be focused on the following Site Engineering activities;
- Review of customer site survey information & detailed designs to establish engineering baseline/requirements for the client's RBS deployment.
- Perform site survey activities to include provision of completed SIR documents
- SIR Survey prep & Survey review for other engineering resource
- Create the client's detailed designs to support minor passive works in line with customer rules
- Site Materials Specification

Base station equipment, Antenna's & Rigging, Site appraisals, Risk assessments, Safety signage, Design concessions, Cabin & cabinet details, Internal room details, Transmission details, Safety systems, Civil works, Site sharing, Power supply, Earthing, Lightning protection, Security, Concealment solutions, Street works.
Requirement for the service to be initially based within an office combined with attendance on customer sites. Following a period of establishment the office based support can be carried out remotely although there will still be the requirement to attend regular review meetings.
It is estimated that there will be an initial increased requirement to attend customer sites to perform surveys.
The service should be scoped against the following proposed model of attendance of customer sites;
Month 1: 60-80% of time on surveys
Months 23: 40% of time on survey
Customer sites are expected to be with central London./M4 Corridor
Deliverables and Acceptance Criteria
Engineering Services: Accepted on the following criteria being met.
- Completion of Site Engineering technical activities in line with agreed plan
- Reporting of status of each site
- Completion of weekly report
