Reporting to: Managing Director.
Education and Experience:
- HND/Degree (or equivalent standard) in an appropriate scientific or other relevant discipline / equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years experience within Quality Assurance management.
- Demonstrable administrative and clerical skills and is PC literate including being able to work with Microsoft (Excel/Word/Powerpoint) at an intermediate level.
- Well-developed communication skills - able to present written and verbal reports that are understood by the target audience. Can communicate with both internal and external contacts and stakeholders at all levels.
- Customer focused - demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
- Act as a credible customer facing representative.
- Finisher completer with an eye for detail.
- Must have QA Engineering experience and knowledge within a Medical Moulding manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO13485, ISO TS16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 500001 standards.
Key Competencies:
- Minimum of 2 years CAPA experience.
- Medical Moulding experience.
- Minimum of 2 years experience dealing with the FDA.
- Must have knowledge of Process Validation - IQ, OQ & PQ.
- Must have a methodical and pragmatic approach.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must have the ability to liaise effectively at all corporate levels.
- Excellent knowledge and the ability to promote and train good quality practices within the organisation.
