Job Description:Review business requirements that come in via any means (JAD, business owner entry into QC, etc) for quality.
When needed, load business requirements into Quality Center.
Manage and maintain the Quality Center requirements extracts.
Support the business requirements metrics reporting process.
Understand and communicate the Product Owner's vision to technical teams to insure all are fully equipped to successfully realize it.
Partner with other business leads to maintain strategic alignment in regards to creative, functional and project delivery goals.
Partner with various cross-functional teams across the organization to evangelize the project's vision and illicit requirements for new capabilities and functionality.
Use data, research and test results to assist in driving decisions and setting priorities with requirements as communicated to technical teams.
SKILLS:
Required Skills/Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager working for a consumer products company.
Experience/background working in Scrum/Agile/Iterative SDLC, working directly with a Product Owner and a team of developers and testers driving the product vision from concept to working code.
2-4 years of experience gathering, interpreting, documenting and prioritizing requirements via process flows, use cases, functional wire frame/design annotations or other project artifacts as needed.
1-2 years of experience working on projects which improve self-service experiences via the web and/or user interfaces for the end-consumer.
Experience or background in wireless industry technical solutions (eg billing, rating, product catalog, Middleware, order management, Web, etc)
Working knowledge of HTML, XML, Scripting, Cloud and other current technologies.
Intermediate to advanced skills using Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, and Snag-it
Preferred skills:
Experience using Quality Center.
