Collaboration Program Manager
A Collaboration Program Manager is urgently required for our market leading client. As a Collaboration Program Manager you will report to the Collaboration Team manager and be part of implementing innovative Social & Collaborative solutions empowering its Business lines to improve productivity and efficiency. The team is looking for a highly experienced and enthusiastic program manager to lead the IT infrastructure projects underlying the construction of the Social and Collaborative platform in a highly complex environment.
Responsibilities and deliverables:
Responsibilities include:
- Establish clear objectives and deliverables for the program and the individual projects in close collaboration with the project managers.
- Establish project schedules and identify key risks/mitigation plans and manage major risks and issues through effective contingency plans and proper escalation.
- Manage financials, sub project dependencies and programme dependencies.
- Prepare and present clear, concise project updates and critical phase exit deliverables to steering forums.
- Lead and document core team meetings and required single subject working sessions.
- Lead the team to deliver the projects/product to market on time, at the desired quality level and the according/defined project timelines.
- Federate teams in Paris and Brussels on a common goal
Required knowledge/Experience:
- 10 years of professional experience managing IT infrastructure projects in a large multinational organisation
- IT infrastructure literacy (Network, Security, Storage, DBA, Open Systems, O/S)
- IBM Social Technologies - Unified Communications Experience in IT/Business relationships
- Experience in development/challenge of business cases
- Proven ability to monitor and manage budget (effectively work and report on notions such as Budget, Actuals, ETCs, EAC)
- Strong ability to prepare top management presentations and reporting
- Previous banking sector experience an asset
Languages Requirement: French - Fluent, Dutch & English
Contract: 6 months + possible extension
Rates: Excellent!
Location: Brussels & Paris*
* 1 to 2 days/week Paris if candidate is based in Brussel
* 1 to 2 days/week in Brussels if candidate is based in Paris
