MI Analyst - Knutsford

My global financial services client is looking to recruit an MI Analyst at their site in Knutsford. They are looking for a trusted and technical expert in O&T workforce management to support both scheduled and ad-hoc requests.
The candidate will be required to:
- Produce Key analytical reports including the workforce dashboard, workforce trajectories, and ad-hoc reporting.
- Produce and maintain a rich catalogue of analytics for predictive analytics and future trending, supporting the entire team needs.
- Continually review MI and trends to provide accurate analysis and recommendations for improvement, feeding in to key transformation activities.
- Build excellent relationships with customers and Stakeholders.
- Work closely with the team to action change requests and answer queries.
The successful contractor will have:
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
- Excellent analytical and numeracy skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Good inter-personal skills
- Knowledge and experience of gathering business requirements, defining processes and understanding delivery governance within financial organisations.
