Next Ventures are currently searching for a French/Dutch/Flemish and English speaking Desktop support techniction for a contract opportunity in Brussels.

A key step in the T&T Workplace project is accompanying each customer in drafting the software catalogue and appropriate application documentation.

That is done by helping the customers to:
- rationalize and categorize the software titles
- write the extended installation documentation.

This will be used for:
- Initiating the application packaging request
- Identifying application key persons (owners, technical support, )
- Identifying Back End requirements
- Determining the target environment (SBC, FAT, VDI)
This information will be stored in the service catalogue, and will be used for further reference in case of installation requests, software upgrades, license management, etc

Work location is Brussels, local office presence required.

- In-depth understanding and experience with Windows desktop and Workstation environments. Experience as technical staff (sysadmin, developer etc.) is an asset.
- A general understanding of business software architectures based around Windows technology
- Technical writing skills to document full installations in collaboration with the application owners
- Good written and oral communication skills. The software analyst will communicate in a complex project with business over complex matters. Clear, precise and business-orientated communication skills are key to perform the task correctly.
- The communication skills should be equally good in NL and FR; English an asset.
- Technical skills: usage of virtual machines, application

Extension beyond March 2015 up to Oct 2015 is likely.
