Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with the Senior Manager, Business Conduct to ensure compliance with Code of Practice requirements and internal Business Conduct policies and SOPs
- Support of the field-based Sales Teams and Market Access Teams in managing the approval requirements for their meetings and associated materials.
- This entails working with the Zinc software system to upload, progress and monitor each item requiring approval, within the required timeline.
- Full training on the system can be provided
- Managing and maintaining user lists and annual licence fees for compliance systems
- Development of user guides/support documents for the business on compliance systems
- Support and/or delivery of training needs on use of compliance systems as required
- Maintain tracking tool (Excel spread sheet) for exceptions to internal processes/Code of Practice requirements
- Assist with additional adhoc administrative duties when required (maintaining filing and offsite archiving)
Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
- Proven administration experience within a fast paced International organization
- Forward thinking with excellent communication and high level organisational skills
- Experience of working with Zinc Approval System advantageous but not essential (full training will be provided)
- Experience with data management and MS Office (advanced Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- This role requires high levels of accountability, integrity and the ability to be an excellent team player
- A self-starter with a proactive working style
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with flexibility in an individual or team environment
- Resilience under pressure will be a distinct advantage in the role, ability to prioritise activities and deal with high volume workload on occasion
- Judgement and maturity to know when to refer an issue to senior colleagues
