Management Assistant - Internal AuditManagement Assistant wanted for our client from the banking sector in Zurich.
Your tasks:
- Supporting the Global Head of Internal Audit and Chief Auditors in all organizational and administrative tasks, such as calendar management, travel organisation, expense management and preparing presentations
- Preparing, reviewing and distributing Internal Audit reports including formal quality assurance reviews
- Taking responsibility for any issues that arise from the day to day processes
- Administrative tasks, i.e. basic office management including office supplies, archiving and filing
Your experience/skills:
- Commercial apprenticeship, ideally within banking and/or further education in executive assistance
- 5 years+ working experience as a management assistant, supporting multiple managers simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding organizational skills with a high customer orientation, integrity and very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent know-how in MS-Office, particularly in MS PowerPoint
- Fluent English and German, both written and spoken
