Job Summary/Basic Function: SalesForce is the supporting application to automate the marketing, recruitment, and admissions of students to the College. Further development on this platform is needed to increase enrollment with the use of additional features and reporting to show the pipeline and maturity of our prospective students.  Specifically, we seek an individual to develop workflows and automate marketing/communication processes within SalesForce and EnrollmentRx.     This position will help develop solutions inside of the Salesforce platform to increase communication to prospective and currently enrolled students.  In particular, this position will help us automate our communications to prospects and applicants, driving them to completion of their application and ultimate admission to the college.  Additionally, this position will build necessary reports to provide executive and management insight into business and customer activity.  The individual should have requisite skills and experience in building such solutions.  The successful individual will be deeply familiar with the SalesForce environment, fluent in Apex, and have experience with the SalesForce marketing cloud.  Data and system integration experience with Demand Tools is required.  

About Us: We are a higher education institution located in metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia.  This position has the option to work onsite and/or remote.    

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline.  Significant, documented experience within SalesForce environments.  

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong customer relationship skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A high technical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to multi-task and work independently, without close supervision.
  • The ability to think quickly and follow directions.
  • Server side web framework such as ASP.NET or equivalent.
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery.
  • Database design and development skills in Oracle or SQL Server a plus.
  • Stored Procedures/Functions, T-SQL
Anticipated Rate: $90-$100/hour
