Manager of Site Management will be responsible for all staff and tasks performed within the Site Management department.

The Site Management scope includes the corrective pre-planned maintenance on-site for non-service critical equipment (eg permanent corrections to civil works faults, fixing broken doors, roofs, corrections to masts, ladders in masts, exchange of batteries, air condition, antenna line due to normal wear and tear). Furthermore the Site Management scope includes the responsibility for warranty, authority, legal and security inspections and perform health and safety inspections on site, typical SBA, Systematiskt Brandskydds Arbete.

Main task and responsibilities:

  • Preventive Maintenance of sites for both fixed and mobile network, Site Access, Cable Marking, Drive Test, etc.
  • Responsible for all KPI:s within the scope and shall set up, follow and optimize the current service process and procedure
  • Coordination with Field maintenance, Logistics, Implementation and other internal department
  • Making regular business analysis and report to customer
  • Manage subcontractors who will perform the work on site

Skills and requirements:

  • Certification/Bachelor Degree in Telecommunications, Engineering or similar
  • Experience and knowledge about all parts within the scope, eg power, cooling, alarm systems, site infrastructure etc.
  • Computer and general IS/IT knowledge
  • At least 5 years working experience in telecommunication industry + 3 years of management experience
  • Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English
  • Ability to work with customers, internal business unit organizations and third party vendors
  • Ability to host presentations at management and executive level
  • Ability to work across cultural and organizational boundaries, and operate successfully in an intense business environment
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent team player
