What will you do?
Working closely with other designers, developers, product owners, stakeholders and end users you will take complete responsibility for designing simple, intuitive and engaging interfaces that will delight users. Collaborating with team members you will:

Find ways to solve complex interaction and visual design problems

Play an influential role in the visual design of new products and features

Produce high-quality designs in a quick, iterative fashion

Engage in user research activities with our customers

Build rapid prototypes for user testing

Work with Product and Engineering to ensure the highest quality designs and functionality

Ability to conduct user research and provide top-level findings

Ability to understand end user needs, motivations and behaviours and translate them into actionable deliverables

Strong conceptual thinking as well as obsession to detail and seeing it through to deployment

Conduct usability testing and A/B testing

The first six months of this role would involve taking a product from concept to market.

What skills are we looking for?

5+ years of UX design experience for software, web applications, brand sites, mobile devices, and/or experiential design.

Solid understanding of user-centred designed process, sketching, user journeys, wireframing, design patterns, prototyping and usability testing

Strong conceptual thinking as well as obsession to detail and seeing it through to deployment

You are an advocate for usability, accessibility and user-centred design

Experience working alongside designers, developers, users, stakeholders and clients

Experience with user interface design patterns

Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skill

Proficiency with wireframe and annotation software as well as low and high-fidelity prototyping tools

Understand the technical feasibilities of both web and mobile technologies such as different type of browsers, HTML, CSS, javascript, IOS, Android.

What skills are a bonus?

Experience with front-end development, HTML, CSS & JavaScript

Experience with project management, SAAS / product strategy, visual design and mentoring
