Integration Business AnalystMy client is currently recruiting for several Business Analyst positions at this time
There will be a combination of several skillsets needed
For the ESB analyst the role will involve working with the ESB team and stakeholders to define canonical logical data models and generic processes and services to be utilised by various systems. It will also require detailed analysis for specific integrations between systems.
For the UAM role it will be identifying the user access management processes at a detailed business and physical level, mapping between systems. The outputs will allow the technical team to develop the workflows and data models with SailPoint IIQ, the UAM tool being implemented. IIQ will also have integrations via the ESB so the UAM analysts will also work in the ESB space.
Both roles are very hands-on and detail oriented - stakeholder relations and management will be key
The Candidate
- Strong basic BA skills (stakeholder management, functional/non-functional requirements gathering etc.)
- Strong business process analysis and documentation skills
- Strong logical data modelling
- Experience data mapping skills between systems
- Strong attention to detail and quality - data mapping between systems is very detailed work
- Good use cases writing experience
- Very hands on, detail oriented, not a business architect type role.
- Management of complex stakeholder relations.
- Ability to work independently - the BA will be able to organise and run meetings, facilitate workshops for a diverse group of stakeholders
Beneficial
- Experience with writing user stories and working with teams using Agile and Test Driven Development
- Experience in a Higher Education or public sector environment
- Knowledge and experience with UML or other recognised methods
- For the UAM Role - knowledge of User Access Management and Single Sign On processes would be beneficial
- For the ESB Role - experience of ESB implementation and technologies (BizTalk or others), and Master Data Management
