IT Process Facilitator

You will be joining the Delivery Excellence Department within the Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) division. Our division ensures the competitiveness of the company by delivering reliable and sustainable IT solutions for the financial securities markets.

Our team provides a wide range of services to IT projects including Sourcing, Training, Expertise management, Coordination of the quarterly financial forecast exercises, Reporting to ADM management & Portfolios and Support to the contracting of outsourced services.

Role:

Mandatory: Advanced knowledge of excel (perform pivot tables/graph/use of functions) & Access

We look for an IT Process Facilitator to join the Sourcing Optimisation & Monitoring (SOM) team to
1. help with the design and the automation of our reporting activities
2. support the team in the roll-out and the streamlining of some ongoing initiatives.

As an IT Process Facilitator, your mission is made of the following tasks:

. Automation of reports
. Design of a unique database for outsourcing reporting purpose
. Streamlining of processes where appropriate
. Support in the roll out of some initiatives

Profile:

You have the following profile:
- As the function requires an extensive usage of PC applications, you must have very good Excel and Access skills (knowledge in Macro and VBA is an asset)
- Show interest in IT matters and project management
- A previous & successful experience in the process streamlining is a plus
- Good communication and inter-personnal skills
- Ability to handle several priorities at the same time
- Critical mindset

This position is as for starting as soon as possible.
