Description
Senior Procurement Specialist with excellent public sector experience required for initial 3 month contract with public sector organisation in Edinburgh (although some travel across the Central Belt will be required).
Experience required:
- Public sector procurement experience
Competent in leading, project planning and implementing end-to-end EU procurement process for projects
Sound decision making and capable of making recommendations on best practice for the delivery of effective procurement, contract management processes and ensuring ongoing value for money.
Supports colleagues and customers to develop procurement policy & strategies
Candidates will be required to either already hold a valid Disclosure Scotland certificate or be willing and able to apply for one prior to CV submittal to the client.
