Contract Opportunity - Customer Experience Manager - Mortgages - Gloucester

A major financial services organisation is looking to recruit a customer experience manager to join their change management team on a mortgage based programme.
Role Requirements
- Producing reporting and explanatory packs that focus on progress from a customer perspective.
- Working alongside stakeholders to negotiate the customer approval process.
- Identifying trends and issues that will help maximise the customer improvement.
Skills Required
- Prior experience working within financial services
- Past experience of dealing with a range of stakeholders across projects and including senior stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate will be able to present complicated concepts in an easily understandable way.
- Be able to use PowerPoint and Excel to a high level.
Location: Gloucester
Rate: £ per day
Duration: 12 months
