Description
Roc Search is currently looking for a Senior Infrastructure System Specialist to assist in the Central Network team at IT Production - Migration of Load Balancing platform. This is a contract role for an initial 6 months in Älmhult, Sweden.
The scope of the consultant services is to assist customer in mainly migrating the current Cisco ACE Load Balancing platform to a new platform, F5. Based on learnings during the migration project be a part of educating the team members in the new platform. Also support the Central Network team with daily support, incidents, project support, change implementation and problem investigation.
The consultant shall have the following profile:
*Very high level of network knowledge since the customer Data Center environment is very complex.
*The installed base consists of more or less only Cisco equipment so high level experience from Cisco is a must.
*Knowledge and skills to drive activities (eg rebuilds, migrations etc.) including planning, design and implementation.
*Good knowledge in Cisco ACE loadbalancers AND F5 load balancer solutions are critical.
*Experience working in a global international environment with high pressure on delivering results. Working in a highly complex network data center environment where availability of the network is critical.
*We need a highly experienced consultant with high level of network skills/experience that can drive own activities from start to goal.
*Good ability to cooperate is a key, although it is important that the resource is self-running in order to make progress.
Duration: 6 months+
Rate: 320 SEK/hour
