Radio Optimisation Consultant - Team Lead.
My client are a leading global technical organisation who require senior MULTI Vendor LTE DESIGN & Optimisation consultant(s) to work on a six monthly rolling contract in Mumbai. The successful candidate must have at least five year's experience of Parameter and Cluster Optimisation and at least three years of LTE experience and who possesses the following technical criteria: Ericsson, ALU, Huawei & Samsung experience with Ariesso a distinct advantage.
RF Lead & Consultant
- Support, review and lead the, Design, Planning and Optimization Team for the 3G & 4G Network Rollout.
- Study and coordinate the RF design while giving expert level opinion for the pre and post launch guidelines. Coordinating with different department for the smooth delivery of project
- Troubleshooting and KPI improvement for worst performing cells/clusters using performance monitoring tools and Drive test data.
- Prepare SOP for the Network health check and customer complaints analysis and feedback.
- Guide team for the SSV and Cluster level Optimization techniques for the newly on air sites 4G Sites.
- Product support and feature & parameter customization/tuning to improve the KPIs.
- Recommend changes in the design to streamline the process and workflow.
- CXO Level presentation's and POC for the day to day RF, Transmission and Operation issues.
- Provide training and workshops to Engineers on LTE & UMTS overview and planning.
- Provided delivery of project as per agreed time line and SLA signed.
- Deliver high quality Radio Network Optimisation software solutions for 2G,3G and LTE technologies.
- Develop strategy planning/business planning for the company and products to meet the future challenges and growth targets.
Tools experience:
- Good Understanding of LTE Architecture, Protocols and Signalling
- Experience in DAS/IBC Design and Planning.
- IBwave knowledge for IBC site predictions.
- Advance Knowledge in LTE, GSM, CDMA and WCDMA
- Hands experience in NGR, GNEX NASTAR for analysing the network in LTE, 3G and 2G, BSC, BTS, Node B, PRS, M2000, NGR and RNC.
- Expert knowledge in TEMS, TEMS Investigator. Probe and Probe assistant.
- Sufficient experience in Huawei equipment.
- Advanced Knowledge in Atoll, UNET, Capesso, ActixOne, Asset and Ariesso.
- Knowledgeable in MapInfo, database. Designed databases and maintained databases.
- Hand in experience in ATDI ICS Telecom Planning tool and Rhomes ( CW data Collection Tool and Drive Test)
