Infrastructure Engineer - Cisco Experience
Required for the following activities - Network Problem Resolution:
Provide problem resolution of critical cases at the Network level, focusing primarily on Severity 1 and Severity 2 cases and other severity levelsReactive Incident & Problem Management Support:
Provide support for any unscheduled changes to Customer Network to minimize the impact of individual device failures on the overall Network and/or Data Center infrastructure.
Work closely with TAC to provide this supportRoot Cause Analysis:
Perform root cause analysis on technical issues on the Network InfrastructureSkills - At least 8 years of networking experience troubleshooting Routing/Switching across Cisco platforms. Expertise in Cisco Nexus and Catalyst Switch Platforms Knowledge of system architecture and the ability to independently troubleshoot complex routing, switching and forwarding issues.
Must have hands-on technical skills and experience in many of the following technologies and protocols: Cisco IOS, OSPF, ISIS, BGP, MPLS, IPV6, QoS, Multicast. Strong Layer 2 & 3 knowledgeCCIE in Routing & Switching required
