My client a leading consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to join their Service Catalogue Project.

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for defining and implementing Service Catalogue Management, increasing the CI relationship quality in CMDB and enable necessary Asset requirements for Baseline Management. Secondly you will be responsible for reporting through high quality data.

Key skills and experience

*Detailed Project Management experience
*Experience with working with operations teams/businesses to maximise their performance through coaching, consultancy and technical insight.
*Detailed Service Catalogue process knowledge
*Detailed CMDB and supporting request tools to support the Service Catalogue Management Process is a must
*Broad knowledge of Operations, Service offerings and Remedy CMDB related activities, based on ITIL best practices (eg Business, Services, Service Components and Application layers, Remedy Service Request tools and supporting "fit for purpose" CMDB activities)
*Good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
*Fluent in English language, both oral and written.
