Description
We are looking for a Salesforce Analyst for the following role:
Create and direct the requirements development for applying technology to satisfy business needs.
Architecting and implementing business processes, workflows and applications in SalesForce
Interface with staff developing strategy as technical advisor for new functionality from Salesforce app exchange applications, releases, and upgrades.
Supplier may participate in Service/Run organization and Projects organization depending on the needs.
Must have a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
Supplier will apply general organizational knowledge of the business and systems processes in problem analysis.
Must have a solid understanding of application programming, database and system design.
Supplier will lead and negotiate business solutions that balance technical capability, cost, and time, against business need.
Must exhibit confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems.
Supplier will successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Supplier will interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Must have an understanding of Internet, Intranet, Extranet and Client Server architectures.
Supplier will push creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and client mindsets.
Must have an understanding of how Legacy and web-based systems interface with each other.
Fluency in English is a must.
