My client is a reputable Global Bank seeking a QA Analyst for an integral ongoing project throughout the Group. As part of the Programme, there is a requirement to define and document the processes which will be required for the day to day operation of the bank.

You will be accountable with developing/maintaining best practice standards, conducting QA reviews and providing tailored advice to workstreams depending on complexity of processes and specific requirements.

Role: QA Analyst

Location: Edinburgh

Day Rate: £300- £325 per day

Start Date: ASAP

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for developing & maintaining best practice standards for process mapping & documentation
  • Regarded internally as an experienced and capable process mapper who knows what good looks like.
  • Will ensure that own knowledge is up to date with programme requirements and is reflective of best practice/standards set out for process definition & documentation.
  • Provision of training and coaching on process mapping and use of IBM Blueworks tool to a large number of business analysts, including induction training for any new process mappers joining the workstreams

Key Skills:

  • Proven prior experience of process definition and process behaviours/documentation/mapping
  • Prior experience of BPMN2 process mapping or similar structured process mapping methodology
  • Sound logical/analytical ability
  • Good attention to detail
  • Proven track record of provision of effective training & coaching to a large number of staff with a wide range of knowledge & diverse training needs.
  • Task focused and organised with proven track record of delivery to tight timescales
  • Requirement to travel may feature
