Our client is a global pharmaceutical company and they have a new opening for a Senior HR Adviser to work with the HR Business Partner providing expert guidance, delivery and support of high quality, comprehensive and effective generalist HR services.

The key accountabilities will be:

People plans
Communication and Stakeholder relationships
Related Performance Indicators
Talent Management
Change Management
Knowledge Sharing and Coaching
Employee Relations
New Starter process and contractual changes
People management

You will have the confidence and gravitas to influence, negotiate and challenge as required
You should have up to date knowledge of employment legislation as well as up to date HR Generalist experience gained in change management, performance management, reward, recruitment and employee relations.
Able to work unsupervised with initiative, tact and diplomacy.
CIPD qualification required

This could be an ideal role for an HR Adviser looking to step up into a Senior role however you should be comfortable facilitating groups/offsite meetings with managers.
