Marketing Communications Manager - Reading - 4 Month Initial Contract - £45,000 - £51,000 per annum

Our client, a Global technology company is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to be based in Reading on an initial 4 Month contract.

Responsibilities
Drive Marketing Communications Strategy, Execution and Impact
Manage brand communications aligned with Corporate brand strategy, brand voice, and guidelines.
Lead integration/alignment of marketing communications across Commercial with both global advertising and local campaigns that amplify and extend through-the-line
Work closely with other communications managers internal and external to the Central Marketing Organization (CMO) (eg, PR) and agencies to achieve highly effective/impactful and results-oriented communications
Deliver concise integrated creative briefs to agencies with clear business and campaign objectives.
Build the right content-based customer journeys from awareness through to advocacy, desire, purchase and adoption for our commercial customers
Within adoption, build content-based strategies that increase the usage of technologies bought by customers
Partner with the Segment Marketing and Insights teams to build and execute Demand Centre plans for respective commercial priorities and Enterprise/SMB audiences
Production and project management of rich content and integration with the automation platform.
Work across UK and Corp to identify the best existing content for journeys, and spot gaps or opportunities to produce more content that fills a distinct need - and then manage that content's production
Manage the production of imagery and templates for email communications and input into Experian tools
Write copy blocks for email communications and implement across channels
Construct a learning and measurement approach for the year in terms of what content works best for demand generation and stimulating adoption
Support reporting, analytics and stakeholder management partnering with the Insights team
Work with the analytics team to define lead scoring approaches, then drive effective results with the digital team
Own the main plan, what the targets should be and whether or not the direct marketing plan is hitting it's agreed goals
Development of strong, relationships with agencies to ensure executional excellence and the achievement of campaign objectives.
Become a go to person on the capabilities and usage of the new tool suites.
Responsible for budget management, raising POs accurately, seeking timely approval, and ensuring all campaign costs are tracked correctly.

Required Skills
University Bachelor's Degree Required (Business or Marketing) and Higher Ed preferable. CIM/IDM qualifications are desirable, but not essential.
Experienced in direct email and tele-marketing, to a B2B audience with long, considered buying cycles. Candidate will be able to show experience of marketing campaigns successfully impacting commercial performance.
Strong analytic skill set; a curiosity to test and learn what is most effective.
Good understanding of modern media consumption habits and corresponding marketing tactics eg mobile and responsive design.
Strong copywriting ability.
Proactive with an ability to multi-task, prioritise and problem-solve independently.
Resilience: Demonstrates tenacity in achieving results, stays calm and in control under pressure, demonstrates a positive attitude in the face of difficulties or ambiguity.
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work across a Matrix organization to get things done through others.
