Tangent are looking for an experienced Compliance Assurance Analyst for a 6 month project to be based in London.
This is a monitoring role.
The successful candidate will be expected to monitor/audit the business against the best practice standards set by the FCA rule book. The team work from a risk based monitoring plan and audit/monitor the teams throughout year. They are then responsible for putting together reports following their monitoring to advise the business on the improvements they will need to take to ensure they are meeting the FCA standards and that we are not putting the bank at risk. This team are working with the FCA rule book, this team doesn't cover KYC, AML or Transaction Reporting Internal or External Auditors may have transferable skills.
