Job Description
- Performs general maintenance tasks, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems and peripheral equipment throughout the organization
- Includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal Workstation performance
- Identifies, researches and resolves technical problems.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or one-three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 2 years experience networking in the TCP/IP LAN/WAN environment desired.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook.
