Job Description:
Experience in supporting Informatica IIR and any associated issues that may arise. Support Oracle Weblogic software on Linux platform. Patch upgrade for Oracle weblogic Server.
Configuration & setup of LDAP. Domain creation and setup Admin & Managed server for application Weblogic environment setup, WLST, ANT (for Build & Deployment) and J2EE Application Support Service Management (JMS, JNDI, JDBC, Connection Factory/Pools, transactions)
Monitor and optimize systems performance to satisfy increasing Web Traffic demands, growing application complexity, and high-availability requirements.
Support third party application connectivity through bridge.
Support weblogic clustering for High Availability.
Troubleshoot the issues like leakage of memory, multiple open connections after closing the connection from user.
To set the system level parameters to optimize the performance. Analysis and resolution of faults as per agreed SLA on Production environment, 24 * 7 support
Will be responsible for Out-of-Office Hours On-Call Support including Weekends Proactively monitor and improve the Infrastructure and applications
Monitor and maintain production Restoration of DR & Fallbacks for Application environments.
Producing Root Cause Analysis Reports Liaise with 3rd party suppliers, this is required to ensure incidents and problems are being addressed by the 3rd party in accordance with agreed timescales.
Manage, meet and maintain service levels, where appropriate seeking input from other teams or team members Escalate incidents, where appropriate to maintain service to customer
Work with the established Incident recording software to record, update and manage incidents and meet SLA.

Knowledge and experience of Incident and Problem management disciplines - particularly as part of an ITIL environment. Essential to have experience in the following technologies: Informatica IIR Java, including J2EE and Web Services (SOAP) SQL, and to a lesser extent PL/SQL Linux Shell Scripting Linux/Red Hat HP blade and storage hardware Oracle Database, Financials and Middleware SOA Weblogic Aqualogic HP OpenviewJS
