**Overview**
We're a small team that is steadily growing. We’re in need of a designer who can help with the visual side of website and marketing projects for small businesses and non-profits.
We are ready to significantly upgrade our visual appeal, and this position will have the opportunity to help us shape our brand aesthetic and that of our clients.
You'll work on:
- Full website mockups or tweaks to existing sites
- Photo editing
- Some print design (trade show banners, printed advertisements, etc.)
- Branding projects (logos, identity)
- Has their own ideas and can share them thoughtfully
- Loves getting feedback
- Sees and appreciates attention to detail
- Communicates openly
Hours: Depending on our workload, we currently need around 10-15 hours per week. We expect this number to grow steadily.
Location: Flexible. Work from anywhere, or, if you're nearby, you'll always have a desk available to you in our office in West Liberty, Iowa.
