CISCO Network Support Engineers required for Shift working roles
You will have:
CCIE Routing and switching certification
High level Spanish and English Language Skills
You will be responsible for:
- Opening and monitor cases in the TAC.
- Provision of all information about the topology, configurations, etc. support teams scaling Cisco, such as TAC (Technical Assistance Center), Bus (Business Unit) Developers (Developers), Engineers FTS (Focused Technical Support Engineers), Engineers NOS (Networl Optimization Support Engineers), etc .
- Monitoring DDTS IOS (InternetWorking Operation System Distributed Defect Tracking System)
- Provide recommendations for Hardware, Software and Configurations for Cisco equipment under the supervision of FTS services and NOS
- Assistance to incidents of high and medium priority (P1, P2, P3) escalations to CISCO within working hours.
Additionally required, that one of the resources made AVAILABILITY service, whose specific tasks will be coordinated by the operational manager and typically are:
- Opening and trackers high priority (P1) escalation to CISCO out of working hours.
- Monitoring the impact of high priority (P1) to remain open after hours, regardless of when they started.
- Provision of all information about the topology, configurations, etc. support teams escalations Cisco, as they can be TAC, Bus, Developers, Engineers FTS, Engineers NOS, etc.
