This national company are looking to introduce a Community Executive to their well established marketing and communications team based in North Yorkshire. This is a contract role expected to last 6 months.This national company is looking to move to a more community based model in the future, with this in mind they are looking to increase the amount of community and content based marketing activity that deliver initiatives that give back to their customers, their families and the communities in which they live.
Working with the Marketing Manager and the rest of the Community team, you will be responsible for delivering community outreach initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring the money spent by their customers is spent in a way that makes a small but meaningful difference to their lives and the community in which they live. This will be achieved through delivery of sponsorship, funding and other activities, the processes and communications of which you will manage.
To be successful in this role you must have a strong understanding of digital marketing, community marketing and events management. You will have experience in organising and promoting events, carrying out PR on behalf of a business or have previously undertaken community marketing activities. You must have great attention to detail and will be equally comfortable administering online processes as you would organising offline events.
