Description
Change Process Consultant required for a 10 month banking sector assignment based in Copenhagen.
The role of Process Consultant will involve helping to improve the Change Management Process across several areas.
Tasks will include:
-Managing requirements specifications and stakeholder management.
-Planning/coordinating the testing of changes to the CM process and tools.
-Testing changes to the ITSM tool (BMC/Remedy and Reporting tools)
-Preparing training material, instructions, communication material and process documents.
-Supporting change requesters and change managers.
The ideal candidate for the role of Change Process Consultant should have:
-ITIL v3 Certification
-Strong Change Management experience within large organisations
-Experience from Remedy Change module and test
