Virgin Media are one of the largest telecommunications companies in the UK and are committed to providing products and services of the very highest quality.
I am looking for a Sales Administrator to join the existing team at their offices in Edinburgh.
Day to day duties include:
* To ensure all National Homebuilders Callouts are build on Icoms, Updated on Fulcrum and potential customers called and informed of package.
* Reconcile Spreadsheet with Icoms for charges to Split the Bills accounts. Invoicing were appropriate and making necessary adjustments to the invoice for pricing.
* To build on Icoms new STB accounts, adding to spreadsheet and adjusting were necessary.
* Maintain and update all related reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
* Deal with telephone enquiries from both NHB and Split the Bills.
* Logging faults when required.
With a background in customer service, you will ideally have previously worked in a contact centre or customer-focussed office environment. Problem solving skills and attention to detail will also be key in this role. Finally, you must be able to demonstrate you have excellent PC skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
