Medical Affairs Physician - Switzerland - 6 monthsOur client, one of the major global players in the pharmaceutical industry is currently looking for a Medical Affairs Physician.
The primary purpose of this role is to provide medical leadership and specialist medical knowledge to ensure successful life cycle management and further development of the oncology portfolio. You will plan and implement medical studies and other medical projects for the Oncology Regional Marketing organisation and the Global Medical Affairs Team. You will work closely with the Global Marketing organisation and ensure compliance and regional commercial success for the Oncology Business Unit.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a role with similar responsibilities
- Degree in Human Medicine (MD) plus expertise in oncology
- Experience in working for the Swiss market is highly desired
- Very good written/spoken English in addition to fluent German and/or French
- Proven experience in project planning with administrative and organizational skills;
- Excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
Duties and Responsibilities will include
- Track and drive Key Opinion Leader Management at regional and country level
- Identify and respond to changing customer and organisational needs as well as oversee medical affairs activities associated with the scientific publication processes
- Monitor country level product strategies for the BU portfolio and communicate specific country portfolio needs to the Country Medical Director
