eCRM EURO is looking for a Senior Antenna Design Expert.
eCRM EURO is looking for a technical leader with a strong background in telecom antenna with RF systems modelling, design, development, and verification. The candidate must have theoretical and practical design skills.
Essential Skills required
Experience in electromagnetic design and specifically in Antenna
Design Proficiency in Design by Simulation
Experience in Design to minimize PIM
Experience with quite High Power, as well as quite low power and small volume Telecom Antennas
Experience with design, development, and launch of cost effective products
Hands-on experience measuring and characterizing antenna performance
8+ years experience in a product development and innovation environment
Additional skills required
An experience of working in research organisations (or at Universities) driving research activities targeting deliveries 10-15 year from now is appreciated
