GCS Construction/Site Manager/Contract/High-end residential/Kensington
GCS is currently recruiting for a Site manager for a leading high end-residential contractor. The successful candidate will be involved in a number of individual projects which can range from residential commissions, from small kitchen extensions and basement construction to full house refurbishments.
The successful candidate will be managing residential projects up to the value of £5million
This is an excellent opportunity to join an exclusive building contractor based in Central London
The successful candidate will have:
- 5 years' minimum experience within high-end/luxury residential projects
- Experience with Business Management Plans/Health and Safety Plans/Environmental plans
- Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and organization skills.
- Ability to maintain and maximize quality of service and profitability.
