Our client is a world leader in providing managed software solutions, with some of their key customers including global banks and IT service providers.They are rapidly expanding and looking for a Senior Network Engineer with EMC SMARTS experience to join their team.
THE ROLE
- Design, deployment and upgrading of customer network and System Management systems across key disciplines of ITIL framework
- Project based work as well as support activities
- Troubleshooting network, server and network management problems.
- Monitoring network infrastructure, assessing the impact of systems on network performance and diagnosing reported performance issues.
- 3rd line support.
THE INDIVIDUAL
- Experience with EMC SMARTS
- Network management experience
- Strong TCP/IP and Network troubleshooting background
- Good knowledge of network infrastructure and Architecture
- Experience with Network Management Software
