My client based in the West Midlands is keen to recruit an experienced Change Manager for their Transformation Programme. You will have specific experience in devising and delivering change, defining the methodology for a business function (finance or Purchasing functions would be advantageous) across multiple global locations. You will have experience of working with multiple stakeholders at a senior level, aligning your plan with other business functions, you will be able to Lead a work stream, manage the change network, provide impact assessments and identify training gaps and lead all communications for the change programme. You should therefore have previous experience of managing a team, including communications specialists and potentially training. Experience of delivering change across multi cultural geographical areas would be a huge positive as would experience of delivering change within the manufacturing or engineering sector.

This is a very interesting and challenging role within a 18 month programme of work for one of the UK's leading global companies.
